January 27 – Bellaire Varsity tied its first district game of the 2021 season to Heights, and then lost in penalties 4-2 at Delmar Stadium. That gives the Cardinals one point and Heights two points at the beginning of district play. The tight back-and-forth game was tied 1-1 at the end of regulation. Senior Ron Masti scored the Cardinals’ lone goal in the first half. Bellaire is now 2-2-1 on the season and 0-0-1 in district.
