Bellaire High School Varsity soccer lost its first district game to Westbury, but JV beat the Huskies and improves to 5-0 in district.
Bellaire Varsity lost 2-1 to Westbury at Butler Stadium. Junior Ron Masti scored the goal for the Cardinals. Despite the loss, Bellaire remains at the top of District 18-6A with a 4-1 district record.
Bellaire JV soccer remained undefeated in district with a 2-1 victory over Westbury JV. Freshmen Quinten Latchett and Atianam Assefa scored for the Cardinals. Freshman Carter Sasser had an assist. Bellaire JV improves to 9-2-0 for the season.
