Michael Edwards named new Head Coach of the Bellaire High School Boys Soccer program
Edwards becomes Varsity coach after spending one year as an assistant varsity coach and head coach of the freshmen team.

The Bellaire High School Boys Soccer program held its annual Awards Banquet May 17 at the Bellaire Civic Center. Coaches honored players from all three teams and issued several special awards. For Varsity, junior defender/midfielder Carter Sasser was named as the Cardinals Offensive Most Valuable Player and also was given the District 18-6A Offensive MVP

Bellaire Varsity Boys soccer team finished the season with a second place finish in District 18-6A and a loss in the Bi-district round of the playoffs to Cypress Ridge. Many Cardinals were recognized with 18-6A district awards: MVP Offense – Carter Sasser First Team – Ricky Kai, Tristan Morales, Alex Oropeza, Carter Sasser Second Team

Bellaire JV goes undefeated in JV Battleground tournament
Big congrats to Bellaire JV for going undefeated in the JV Battleground Invitational tournament. The JV Cardinals had victories over Dobie 2-0, LaPorte 3-0, and Deer Park 4-0!

Bellaire Varsity soccer wrapped up pre-district play with an 8-2-1 record leading into District 18-6A action. Varsity went undefeated in the Clear Creek ISD tournament January 13-15 and emerged champions of their bracket. The Cardinals started play with a draw against Clear Creek, but followed with victories over Manvel, Clear Creek and Angleton to take
